I Am Engaged...With You All.

I have had a couple of blogfriends note that I have been sort of 'out of it' lately. And I want you to know that it is not my intention. I have bitten off a lot right now, not more than I can chew, but a lot and I'm trying to do everything justice.
I will get through this and be on top of my game again soon, it's just that a lot is going right now in my family, with my blog, with my church and with many of you who I care about.
Adoption has really become so important to me and I want to do everything I can to support it here on-line and also in my local community. I will find the balance to be able to do both, it's just taking some tweeking.
One huge help to me has been the new blogger tool. I learned about it from Keisha. I just click on the B Blogger icon on the top left of my blog and I can input all of the blogs I want to follow and their latest posts show up right there for me. It's a dream! (I never could figure out bloglines).
So please don't give up on me right now. I'm still in the game and I have big plans for events coming up in the future that will help waiting children and our families.

Oh, I understand that feeling! I often(daily) feel like I have more going on than I can keep up with! And I am also loving the new "following"...it helps immensely!

Have a great week!!

You are such a generous woman, Kimberley. Hang in there. This adoption journey has been the hardest thing I've ever done in my life.

Hugs.

Yay, I finally got on! I have come voer here the last two times and when I hit the commetn button i got foxfire has preformed an illegal, must shut down etc. For it to happen twice was very strange.

I wanted to ask you something. Bailey has outgrown her first pair of shoes. Guess which ones! They are a little worse for wear but not bad and for some reason besides the obvious I wondered if you might like to have them. (I kinda would LIKE for YOU to have them!) But no pressure, it might be dumb of me. But if so email me your address and I'll send them. Flathfam1@sbcglobal.net

Hi,

We totally understand! Me and my hubby are deciding to adopt after we had a romantic 10th anniversary weekend. He gave me a gorgeous pair of diamond earrings from www.idonowidont.com and I surprised him with the idea of adopting a child for us. We are one happy couple. We can't wait to find our little guy/girl!

I was just curious...because I'm always for learning new tricks and this sounded like something new to me...but, when I tried it, it just popped me over to my Dashboard...so, maybe I am missing something?

Kimberly, I like your Obama button in the sidebar! (I'm voting for the other guy, myself, but I just like seeing people care enough about the process that they are willing to express their views! I think it is a great idea putting WHY you are pulling for the candidate you are pulling for in the text beneath the button.)

Thanks for the B Icon tip... I tried it as well but got sent back to my own dashboard so I'm sure that I'm doing something wrong...

Glad to hear that you are okay... :)
