Broken Radius

I was in a car accident yesterday on my way to be fingerprinted for the third time and the radius in my arm is broken. It's my right arm (of course), so I am reduced to hunting and pecking on my keyboard. My arm is in a splint up past my elbow and will be casted next Thursday.

We called immigration to see if we could re-schedule but the woman said she did not know. So, after I was released from ER. Tim and I went to be fingerprinted. I was a sight let me tell you...big run in my black hose, arm in a sling. airbag burns up my other arm. I wasn't in much pain though. I can't write left handed, so one of the women filled out my forms for me. I had to get on my knees for the prints of my right hand....but we got it done.

I tell you..who breaks their arm at forty??? I'm thinking I'll get the hot pink cast and see if my creative friend Kim Kenward can hot glue some rhinestones on it :)

I hope I get the cast off before I go to China!
