- I am an everyday woman. I am married to my soulmate. I have three sons ages 16,13 & 4. Adoption was never something that I had planned to do, but through an interesting path, God has led me and my husband to pursue the adoption of our daughter Sophia from China. It has changed me in so many ways. I cannot wait to look in the mirror and see the woman I will be when this journey is over.

They are saying upper 90's here today.It's been very hot and dry.My lawn is now brown.
It's going to be hot here too! Yeah! Off to pack and then head to the cottage until tomorrow. Have a great weekend.

Good Morning! We're looking for 89 degrees here in Northern CA. Looks like a visit to the pool!
Good morning... well almost noon actually.
Going to be hot here too. I plan on planting some flowers, weeding my beds, watering everything. Then moving indoors to vacuum with my new Dyson, straighten up, do some laundry, and work on quilt squares.

Good Morning! So wishing it was gonna be hot here today, the fog rolled back in on the 5th. Oh well, that's life at the beach.

Going to be hot here today too. We are smack dab in the middle of a huge family wedding weekend. All done outside in the barn. Wish us luck to ward off dehydration and sun stroke.

We will hit at least 110 degrees today! wooohooo!
Well it was a hot one here today too. No time for coffee...good thing I don't drink it!...spent my day trying to keep Ava from breaking her neck! Surgery sure hasn't slowed her down...had to remove all of her chairs from living room and playroom as she won't stop climbing on them...it's bad enough when she has two arms she can use but now they are both in arm splints so she can't bend her arms to get to her mouth.
