April is Reading Month for our Family

I have asked each family member to designate a book that they will be reading for an hour each night from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, Sunday through Thursday for this month. We need to get back into the swing of regularly reading. I am an English Lit major and need to rekindle my love affair with books.

Oh gosh...I can spend hours in a Barnes & Nobles. Dan and I are both big readers. I love to visit other times and worlds through reading. I think that's a great idea to set aside a family reading time. Enjoy!

Great idea! Here we have McNally Robinson - a huge bookstore - and I could spend a whole day in there - a whole lot of money, too!

What an excellent idea!! If only I could convince my hubby how important this is. I am hoping that once our daughter comes home he will be willing to give up a little of that darn tv.

Wonderful idea! As a reading teacher in the elementary grades, I can honestly say that this makes the absolute hugest difference in a child's literacy life.

Great idea! I am a book lover and a teacher. I don't understand how some people don't enjoy reading. I just get so lost in a good book.
