I want to say thank you to all of our family and friends who constantly support our adoption efforts and are walking beside us on this journey. Your love and kindness means more to us than you could ever know.
I am behind in posting my fun mail, so this is a large post!
When we got back from Kansas City and checked the mail, we found this beautiful Chinese New Year card from Aunt Carol. Thank you! It is very special to us!!
Amy at Catching Butterflies sent us this wonderful postcard from Germany!

I'm working on mine! I'm glad you have such a supportive network. It does help with the wait.
Wow...I didn't realize you all were going to be in Kansas City!!! THAT is my neck of the woods! If you ever make it back this way again, you will have to give me a heads up in advance!
Wish I would have thought to make a quilt for my little ones...but never ran across the idea until long after they were already here, under my roof! Sure would have helped pass the wait...and would have been such a neat heirloom for each of them to have!
I can't wait to start my quilt swap! Who have received some beautiful pieces! Thanks for showing us!
Busy, busy! you have some really beautiful quilt contributions there!
I love the quilt squares! I miss receiving them in the mail.
The postcard from Germany is WONDERFUL. I really like it.
I know absolutely nothing about quilting, but what a wonderful treasure for a child. Yours will be beautiful!
My mom made Sarah a quilt.I can not sew! I haven't seen it yet, but I'm sure it's beautiful! I think the cards you are getting with the fabric is very very nice! Some people are very creative! What a blessing!
WOW! Lots of great fabrics!

Glad to see that you got my square. Love the one you sent!
Beautiful, simply beautiful!
I know you can't wait to find out...I just blogged about it! I tried to email you back from the post you sent me, but it couldn't. My email is aspecialfamily AT yahoo DOT com
Decision done and it feels good!
YOur blog is great too. I have 2 bio boys also, this is first adoption.... what made you decide??? I havent decided if I will do a quilt. I dont know anyone that would make one, and I dont really know much about quilting.
Maybe we can chat.
Lisa
Great squares!!
It is nice that you have so much support! It is so important!
I'd love to swap squishes with you (or just fabric if you'd prefer) cuz I don't believe we have.
Just email me (dannyem1973@yahoo.com) and I'll email you my address (cuz don't want to give it on here, sorry)...and anyone else reading this that wants to swap too, just email me...
I love looking at all of the squares that you receive. Soon I will begin working on a quilt for our little one.
On a totally separate note - I was informed that all this time I have been using "wonton" incorrectly on my blog. (Spelling has never been a strong subject.) At any rate, I've corrected the error and the address to my blog has been updated. I noticed that you have a link to my blog on your site and wanted you to be aware of the change so that you could make the correction if you so choose. Our new blog address is www.wontonwishes.blogspot.com
Thanks and have a great night!
