Welcome Home Andrew!

On Wednesday night we went to the airport to welcome home Steffie and her family. And most especially to meet their new son Andrew. Welcome home little man.

Tim was hearing about the logistics of the trip from David. We will be taking their exact same journey to bring Sophia home since we are with the same agency and our children were in the same orphanage. Evidently it was very hot and there was no air conditioning in the hotel. Oh man, that's not sounding good.

Just look at this little darling. He was so happy and all smiles. He played with the children who were there and had a wonderful time.

I don't have any photos of us together, but here is Kim K. (at least her hair :). It was great to see her too.

Welcome home my dear friend. Even though we don't see each other all of the time, having you nearby is a source of strength for me. I am glad that you are home. Andrew is absolutely beautiful. I wish I would have taken a photo of him and David together, you can tell that he is one proud Daddy. Can't wait to see you.

What a neat connection the adoption community has! Thanks for sharing this moment with us, and I can't wait to see your moment with Sophia!

On another note, I haven't heard from you regarding winning the panda jumper on your auction. Perhaps a message got lost somewhere due to our e-mail being down a few hours not too long ago, probably around the time you may have tried to contact me. Could you please contact me again? We are also in the process of adopting a "Sophia" (Sophia Elizabeth from Taiwan) and can't wait to see the jumper. Thanks!
