Adoption was never something that I had planned to do, but through an interesting path, God has led me and my husband to pursue the adoption of our daughter Sophia from China. It has changed me in so many ways. I cannot wait to look in the mirror and see the woman I will be when this journey is over.

Thank you for your prayers. Yesterday's news from Nicaragua wasn't so good as 5 more team members came down sick. Apparently there is an airborne virus that has infected the town and compound where they have been staying, so there have been locals that are sick as well as the team members. The latest report this morning is that they were all well enough to attend church services, but some of them were very weak still. They are traveling south several hours to a new location to work with the Arms of Love Children's Home.
Again I cannot thank you enough for your prayers!!! And a throw in prayer here and there for our referral would be nice as well.
