I accept the post your porch challenge! It was very windy out when I took my photos, but I think that the pictures came out pretty good. I don't have nice porch furniture. We have strong winds a lot, so I need the most durable patio chairs I can find. We spend a lot of time out here, especially in the evenings, everything lights up and we make fires and roast marshmallows. And yes Steffie, the peace sign below came from Art Folk.
I'm tagging a lot of peeps for this one....Laurens Journey Home, Katie's Antics, Waala Family Adventures, Taiwan Treasure, Dragonfly and Ladybug, Never Too Many, Special Family, China Calling, Mad Race for Macey, Journey to Victoria Grace, Waiting for Pumpkin, Search and Destroy Twins..and anyone else who wants to jump in.

Never know which party I'm gonna crash when I open up a blog. Hit again. Hmmmm... Okay dawlin'. Porch talk it is. Do I have to sit in my rocker with a rifle?
Your porch looks lovely!
WOW, you're porch looks like heaven.. so warm, cozy, inviting. Can I come over? I don't have a porch! (I have an entry, no real porch though). I'll try to snap a pic this weekend.
Crazylady...I can't seem to escape you today!! What is GOING ON???
You have two green thumbs!! I love all the plants. I kill most everything, so I am always envious of people with plants.
I'll take your challenge, even though we don't have a front porch. Check the blog tomorrow and you'll see what I mean.
I wish I was sitting on your porch right now, drinking a mimosa, dahlin'! Thanks for sharing your cozy spot.
I am SOOOOOO behind this year on my gardens...we have been traveling too much and haven't even gotten the furniture out yet...
I will do my best to do SOMETHING!!
Oh how fun !!
Mine will be up ASAP.
So inviting! I love the sign!
Love the flowers. They look so pretty!
Just need to lure me over with a glass of red vino and I'm all yours darling. I'll sit on your patio and just mellow.
I'll post my patio soon.
But compared to yours, it's..... lacking.
I like the fairy/angel..very cute.
Lovely porch. That was one thing that I always wanted when I was a kid in a house but never got when we bought our house.
What a wonderful porch. No porch here, just Lanais. We did have a big ol' wrap around the house porchin NY - I used to love sitting on it during the rain.
It looks like a great relaxing place to hang out.
so cozy!
Very peaceful looking!
Very lovely! I love all the plants!
Very nice... come do mine.
That crazy lady is possibly serious.
I tagged you, forgot to tell you.
It's below my whining posts for the past 2 days :)
ooohhh pretty. Mines not much to write home about, so I'll pass. Working on it though. We don't spend much time outdoors. We've had soooo much rain and the mesquitos are aweful!!
It looks like a place I would want to sit! I bet the view is nice, can you see the lake?
OHHH, your porch is so pretty. That's not fair, my porch is ugly. My flowers aren't even on the porch!!
I'm up for it, though I think you'll be disappointed. First, though I have to clean off the three inches of pine pollen from the little bistro set I keep on the front porch. Maybe I'll even take a swipe at the windows so they sparkle, as well.
I miss Art Folk, now that I know it's gone.
Looks like a great place to sit with cuppa joe -- when shall I come over????
Too funny! I just tagged you with a new meme! ; )
RMJ, I profess my innocence, those two evil gals made me do it. Still love me?
Hi!
I just found your blog and it is so lovely--as is your porch/yard. VERY tranquil.
I look forward to checking out your blog and finding encouragement during this long wait.

I love your porch!! So green and lush! I will post mine as soon as we are back from our weekend away! :) Have a great weekend!
I love your porch. The peace sign is great.

Psssst...
I tagged you!
I;ll see what I can do! ;) Your porch is darling!
Looks like a great place to just hang out:)
Beautiful porch. I really love the hostas too! It's so much fun to roast marshmallows and have a fire, we do that a lot at our house too.
Hugs,
Jonni
Oh, crud! That's probably the ugliest part of my house. The front yard is plain (rabbits and javelinas eat anything I plant in a pot) and the back porch has been taken over by dog. I'll have to doctor something up...;o)
Your porch is lovely and I really like your sign! We are a bit behind here up North in Ontario. I am hoping to work on the deck and gardens this weekend!
I call it a little like heaven. Not that I've ever been.. but it seems like what it would look like. Peaceful.
Can I join you? I'll bring the bottle!
Rony
Which do you want, the front one or the back one? I'll play if you want to give me a day to 1) find my camera (it isn't attached to my hand like TB's is to hers, 2) take photos, and 3) find the cable to download from the camera.
