It's Monday and I don't want to go to work..

This is really rare for me..to not want to go to work. There is a situation that I just can't believe. I feel completely let down by the people who are supposed to be responsible for a critical piece of what needs to be done. They dropped the ball. I'm in the middle trying to get things fixed for people who entrusted a mission critical piece of their business to me (yes I am being vague). The problem is of a magnitude that major players in the company are now involved. So most of the people involved are spending more energy covering their behinds than helping with the issues. You get the picture. So, today I find out where everything stands. Hopefully things were cleaned up while I was out with Eli on Friday. If not, I'm going to have a miserable Monday.

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling down about work. I hope that everything works out soon. You just hang in there and keep your positive attitude. You tell them "I am RedMary Janes and I don't have to put up with this"! Okay, they might look at you crazy, but be sure to mention your online alias, it will throw them off. Take care my dear. :) Hugs

I have lived this scenario over so many times. Here is a verse that no matter what is going on- is applicable (especially the verse 21)

Rom 12:19-21
19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.
20 On the contrary:
"If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
NIV

Pray first, respond second.

Oh boy, sounds ominous. The saying "if your not part of the solution, your part of the proble' comes to me in re: to your coworkers. Hey, I don't think I've ever read: what do you do for a living?

Oh dear. I'm so sorry. I have had to play "clean up" as well in a couple of situations and it is NOT fun! I hope everything turns around for you today!

I hate days when you know ahead of time "something's coming". Just a reminder that "This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it." (((hug)))
