Whirlwind...

I tell you, things are just a tad crazy here right now. I am used to having a lot going on and projects working simultaneously. But I am used to having two functional arms. Have you ever tried to get by for weeks only writing with your opposite hand? I'm hanging in there, right now I'm typing with my left hand.
I owe so many thank you cards. I've written some with my right hand and the cast, but I'm not supposed to and it starts to really hurt. So, please bear with me. I live in a house with all males and their writing is awful. so I'm kind of stuck.
But let me tell you how happy I am. The daughter in my dreams now has a face and she is so beautiful. I keep rehearsing in my mind what I will say when I see her for the first time.

I can't imagine how difficult it is with just one arm but I'm sure Mia Hope can relate. :) I'm so happy your dream is coming true! I can not wait to follow you to China!!!!!

Please don't worry about my thank you. Seriously. Take it off your list. Just being with you on Saturday was enough. I can't tell you how excited I am to follow your journey. I just posted a reflective entry this evening on our blog. Tomorrow we will have been home for 1 year. It goes by so quickly. Savor every minute of this journey.

Kimberley....I must have missed you breaking your arm...maybe it was while I was gone to VA. I will be praying your cast comes off SOON!!!

I cannot WAIT to see Sophia Jane's sweet little face. I must have told Lottie and Emma Jane 25 thousand times "I love you" the first day. Of course, they had no idea what I was saying! lol

I can tell you not even rehearse. Your emotions will take control and meeting will be like nothing you can ever describe in words. Your heart will soar! Hugs! Hope that arm gets better! Makes me feel like a wimp regarding my blogger injury!

I had hand surgery in January on my right hand and I was in a cast for 4 weeks, then a splint for another 4 weeks...It stunk! I feel your pain.

I feel your pain Kimberley, back in 98 I had my shoulder reconstructed and I was in an immobilizer for about 8 weeks!!!! Did I say it was my left arm and that I am left handed!!!!

I too can't wait to see that precious girl in your arms!
Love, Kristy
