I will post a letter that Amanda asked me to put on the blog tomorrow. She has capacity for more in the home. She is now making plans to bring in more cleft children and bring the home up to capacity. She will continue to need our support as new children are brought in. We had adapters along but Keith handles all set ups so I don't know if he actually used them. We had no problem blogging from Beijing. It was Wuhan that had some issues to work around. Just have to know how to do it. Might be good to set it up to be emailed to the blog. I believe you can do that now.

This afternoon, we are headed out to the Magic Kingdom to meet up with 15 families with China girls. Should be REAL organized and orderly. It's always a hoot to meet up with other adoptive parents - hoping to find a quiet nook to sit down and share - fat chance.

No problems with blogging/internet on our journey - Beijing, Chengsha, Hunan or Guangzhou.
THRILLED that both of those people are gone from AI. Certainly hope they don't drag them back for the wildcard show!

I tell you, I have not come down, I just keep going up.
Yesterday was very hectic, we turned some more paperwork into our agency and we went to the courthouse for Eli's passport. I spoke with the health department about our immunizations and there is an office very close to us. Eli is all fine, just Tim and I need some immunizations.
Today I want to work on some thank you cards and things to thank everyone who has helped us.
I'm great Kimberley, just baking some cupcakes and having my coffee. Typical Saturday morning, I guess.
I can't think of anything more fun than Disney with a group of beautiful Chinese babes, you guys are going to have a wonderful day. I'm so jealous you live near Disney.

Right now Micah is 37 inches tall and 31 pounds. He wears a size 7-1/2 or 8 shoes and mostly 2Ts (except some are getting a little short).
For the laptop, most are 110/220 already so all you need is an outlet adapter, not a converter.

Sophia is in Beijing City. So, we aren't going to have to travel around China very much.
The girls are out of the hot tub and re-dressed & hair is re-done. Whew!!
Daddy is going to take Katie to an "open gym" at the local gymnastics company. Lucky Katie!
Ahhhh, OK, sorry if I missed that. I LOVED Beijing and certainly wouldn't be sad about having spend most of my time there.
We're great, thanks! Already this morning, we've had pancakes, painted, and played with Play-dough. We made a pretend birthday cake with the playdough, and practiced blowing out candles. Now Chloe's watching her favorite video clips on YouTube. I think that taking a My Little Pony for Sophia is a brilliant idea--those are Chloe's favorites!

Oh, and Kelly, I wanted to tell you that I just LOVE all of the dress-up pictures of Katie and Ella. They are just adorable!
Ditto being jealous of the Disney get-together, that sounds like a blast! (catching up a bit here) We hope to do Disney next summer, we want Jack potty trained and he's just not there yet.
Thanks Kelley, I thought when I saw the little pony with hair barrets and a comb that it would be good and it fits into a little purse that I received as a gift for her a long time ago. I think is she can carry her little purse with her treasures in it that she will like that.
Man, I could spend a couple of days at the Summer Palace alone!
And the Terra Cotta warriors are not too far away in Xi'an -- that would be SO cool!
I would love to see Beijing--we're going to try to go there next time. When we adopted Chloe, Tom had never flown before, so it was a blessing that we could just fly into Guangzhou and stay there the whole time.
Does anyone have anything they would like to donate to our fundraiser blog? Anything in your closet that your baby didn't wear or you didn't use?
After March 12th, my auction is going to be pretty bare.....
You can take an adapter...buy it anywhere or we will send you ours. I will tell you that all the hotels have them too though...especially in Beijing and Guangzhou : )

Oooooh, I'd love to go to Xi'an too! We could visit Starfish! What I wouldn't give to be able to give those babies a big hug and kiss.

The magna-doodle is a good idea--they make many different sizes of Doodle Pros, too. Chloe loves hers. She also likes things that shake and play music.
Sometimes those electronic toys that make noise can be scary to kids. Katie does not like loud noises.
I do have a large and small magna doodle. Maybe we'll bring the small one.
Ok, my friend Ivy is coming on. She is hosting the Matilda Jane Trunk Show tomorrow.
Remember, that you don't need to take too many things with you, toy wise. You'll want to buy some things there that will be completely different than things that are available here.

I have talked with Dawn and she sent me a list of mandarin phrases they used to communicate with Lucy Joy when they first met her. Lucy Joy was almost the exact same age Sophia will be when we meet her for the first time.

The dress you bid on on the auction is gorgeous. I just can't get a good photo of it. It physically pains me to let it go...but it will not fit Sophia next winter.
Well, K2's wife said she though he was nice and liked him, so you can ask her for more details.
