How do you know that someone has a 4 year old? There is a Pirates of the Caribbean action figure on their Christmas Village train.
The Christmas Village is very special at our house. The kids can't wait to open up all of the boxes and put everything together. Our pieces are from all over, I don't keep to one collection, I am more interested in finding unique pieces that will complete our village. This year we had some wonderful additions. The train station above is one of them.

LOL @ the action figure on the train. We have a village too and the boys keep putting the car (that goes with the gas station) on the train tracks. I'm not sure why they have a death wish for the poor occupants of that car, but they do! Gotta love boys!
Hope you're having a wonderful Christmas season!
I laughed out loud at the action figure! I think it is such a special tradition to add to your collection every year. What a nice memory your kids will have when they are grown.

how beautiful. Next year it will have little girls toys.
I love that the pirate looks like he's surfing. :)
Oh I LOVE villages! We have so much snow village stuff it takes up several closets. Needless to say, we will NOT be taking all of this to Mexico when we move:(
But our son James wants to continue with the tradition of the snow village...we will see;) It is alot of hard work!
I just love your village displays. I collect vintage cardboard villages from the 40s and 50s. It's so fun to add new pieces. Mine are waaaaay up high and away from Josie's reach this year.
I love your Christmas village, it's beautiful.
What a neat village. I love the church! so cute.
Very, very cool! We never started a village collection, something we're regretting now. Maybe this will be the year to start?
Love Eli's POTC action figure -- but are you sure it belongs to Eli, and not Tyler or Zach?
; )
The village is beautiful!!
Nick did the same thing when he was that age....I kind of miss those days!!
Have a wonderful week:)
