Party Mom...

Evidently I am known as the Mom who throws the best parties. That's a title I am proud of being that my son is a giant socialite. Tyler has asked to have an end of school party. His party's include custom invitations that we make at home. The photos above are for his flier this year. I am limiting the number of boys because it started getting to be more than I could handle. One year two children were left at school for me to pick up and I had no idea who they were and no information from their parents for a sleepover. Could you imagine having your child go to an overnight with someone you had never seen and leaving no information?
Well, so this year he will only have 5 boys at his end of summer slumber party, that means I'll probably end up with 8, since children somehow are magically added to the list or show who weren't planned for. I'll post photos for you all on the big day. :)

Ohhh, you're one of the cool moms. Thats a good thing though I think. When our son was in middle school and high school we were the party house too. I like that because you can keep an eye on things and get to know your kid's friends pretty well. It's fun. Tyler is a cutie. :)

Sounds like a fun time ;-) I too, have had kids at my house before...didn't know the parents! That is why I prefer being the party house, at least I know what is going on! Enjoy!!!

What a fun time.
I get weird looks from parents when they drop off their kids at my house for asking for home and cell numbers where they can be reached.

Very cool picture of Tyler of kicking back. He looks like he is just chillin'. We always loved to go to the cool Mom's house when I was younger. :)

that is one laid back, good-looking young man. i think your future is full of parties for young people. you have a great place for it. and as good-looking and sports-minded as he is, kids will just congregate at your place!
being the party mom is an honor and you will always know here the kids are and what they are doing.
