Heading for Chicago...

Today I am heading to Chicago for some corporate training. Yeah, that's going to be fun. BUT, I do love the Windy City and I haven't been there for a while, so I'm looking forward to it.
I don't know how much posting I'll be doing over the next 3 days that I'm away from home, but I'll try my best to keep in touch!

I stomped through Piper's Alley in the Old Town section back in the mid 60's. How's that for showing my age :)

I caught the bus back home while wearing my first pair of bell bottom pants. Memories....

Oh yeah - and get some work done.

My hubby just came a weeks worth of work there last week. He said the weather was beautiful. Hope it's not all work.

That is exciting!! I will be thinking about you and hope you stay safe and manage to have at least a little fun. The only time I have been to Chicago is for a weekend of cross cultural training to lead a missions trip for the youth group. We stayed in a ball room in the bowels of a hotel the entire time and the only thing i got to do was grab the real deal pizza on the way to the airport!! haha One of these days...take some pics if you can manage it!!! Be safe!!!
