I wish it were that easy...I started a weight loss blog and me and the girls seem to be off to a good start.

I got on the scale this morning, worried that I may have put on a pound or two from the holidays and birthdays. I lost another pound. Since I started mid-August, I've lost 25 pounds. My goal....a new bathing suit that I don't feel gross in. I have 10 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight. Whoopie!!

Good luck, Kim. From what little we see of you, you are already in good shape. :)

I really wish the emaciated look (Hollywood youngest starlets)would become a thing of the past and healthy, curvy, beautiful bodies and minds would make a positive come back.
I want this for my daughters......

I'm really hoping that I will conquer that one day!

After watching "Hairspray" my 5 year old asked me if she is fat! I have to agree 100% with Kerri. Wishing for all of our daughters that one day happy & healthy is the goal not "am I fat?"

p.s. Thanks for playing one of my favorite songs!

Oh I'll never get to that point I don't think, but never say never right.....

I look back at wedding photos and think "What happened to her?"

Love your thoughts. Something I take seriously with two girls. I want them to appreciate and love their bodies as they are. I am working on that for myself. Have you seen the show look good naked with Carson Cressley. I caught it last night and it was really good. It made me appreciate what God gave me. Watching a woman go through all the emotions I go through it was great to see her say "I am beautiful" Loved it.

First we must love ourselves, which is sometimes the hardest part.
