I use to get together with my SIL's and we would have a huge baking day with the kids. 6-8 different cookies, multiple batches. I miss those day. We all live too far away now.
WOW! I could always use a nap. They are wasted on kids. Nobody ever tells me to go lay down and get some rest. Nobody ever tells me to go to my room and stay there. Darn it!
"Once our eyes are opened, we can't pretend we don't know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls, KNOWS that we know, and holds us responsible to act." Proverbs 24:12
I am an everyday woman. I am married to my soulmate. I have three sons ages 16,13 & 4. Adoption was never something that I had planned to do, but through an interesting path, God has led me and my husband to pursue the adoption of our daughter Sophia from China. It has changed me in so many ways. I cannot wait to look in the mirror and see the woman I will be when this journey is over.
