Check your Vehicle.....You May Be Able to Use Ethanol Fuel

I was at the gas station today with Zachary waiting to get a car wash and he was looking through my drivers manual. Come to find out, my 2003 Yukon XL can take Ethanol Fuel. We had to check my VIN number and it matches the group of trucks made that year that can take the newer fuel. I'm sure you all know that Ethanol costs less and is less harmful to the environment. It also supports American farmers which is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts since we live in a farming area.

I wish our car were new enough for that, but when the time comes for a new one, that is one of our requirements.
Anyway, this is really about Moms for Modesty. You need to go to the Everyday Mommy blog. Just click on the logo on my sidebar and it should take you right there.

It'll be a great day when all cars are able to run on bio-fuels.

That is interesting. I don't even know where you can buy ethanol around here. I am going to have to look more closely when I fill up.

I love that photo of the hands forming the earth. I do wish our car was new enough for that...next time around we'll be more selective.

I have an '07 Yukon and it takes ethanol as well, except we can't get ethanol in Forida yet....(or at least in SW Florida)
